In the 1990s, a reputable study ranked Jávea second only to Rio de Janeiro in the nomination “the best microclimate in the world”. And it really is! Everyone who has been here at least once knows that this is a sunny city with a mild climate, a consistently warm temperature of +25-27 °C in the summer and +12°C in the winter) and the nearly complete absence of gusty winds.
