The holidays are drawing closer, and it’s time to start thinking of gifts for family and loved ones. Every gift makes a statement; a scented candle could say, “This is my contribution to your self-love routine,” or a piece of jewelry could say, “This is how precious you are to me“. However, let’s think outside the box this year. Perhaps it’s time to start thinking about health and wellness. One good way to say this is to gift your friends a CBD product. Why you ask? Here are five reasons why CBD makes for a great gift.
1. It helps with relaxation
Most holidays are the coziest times of the year, and gifting your friends something to help them relax is never a bad idea. When ingested, CBD interacts with cannabinoid receptors in the brain to give you an overall sense of comfort and peace. These stress-relieving properties are exactly what we all need to enjoy the holidays and get ready to continue with our busy life afterward. So, next time you think of gift ideas for a friend, a CBD oil from OTO CBD would be a good idea.
2. It’s great for your active friends
If you have friends who love to exercise, a nice, topical CBD oil would be a great gift. This could help with their post-workout recovery. A topical CBD product is rapidly absorbed into the skin and releases pain killing cannabinoids to tackle aching muscles. It’s like taking pain relief tablets but with less risk of painkiller addiction or side effects. In addition, the effects can last up to 5 hours after application. If your friend isn’t necessarily active but has a physically strenuous job, these topicals could help too.
3. It’s great for your skin and your quality of sleep Â
What’s better than saying to a friend, “I care about your skin and how you sleep.” I doubt anyone would say no to a free skincare product. CBD oils make great winter gifts since the air outside is quite dry and cold in the winter. Dry air equals dry skin and cracked lips.
Sometimes a basic moisturiser isn’t enough to protect your skin from this. CBD-based body kinds of butter are also said to help improve sleep quality. So, how about a nicely packaged CBD oil as a holiday or birthday gift? It’s perfect!
4. It has some great health benefits
CBD makes a great gift because it shows you care about a friend’s health. Other fancy gifts are great but gifting a friend a CBD product is like taking it a step further – it’s thoughtful. It shows that you care about the receiver’s well-being, and most importantly, it is a multi-purpose gift.
A few drops of edible CBD oils in a morning smoothie could help improve their health, or a CBD body butter could help improve their skin, lips, and nails. Generally, it’s a gift that says, “I care about you.”
5. It helps with focus
Every student or working-class individual would love this gift. In today’s digital and social media-dominated world, we all struggle to focus sometimes. Every student or worker would love to be more productive at their job, so gifting a friend some edible CBD will mean a lot to them. CBD has been said to have some memory-boosting properties, too, so that’s another cherry on the top.
