The UK’s largest insurance broker, Reassured, has been recognised by Best Companies, the leading employee engagement specialists, as the sixth best large company to work for across the UK in 2021 and the fourth best company to work for in the North West.
The company has also been recognised as the best insurance company to work for in the UK, coming in first place in this category.
This year marks the seventh consecutive year that Reassured has been recognised as one of Best Companies’ Top 100 Companies to work for.
The accomplishment recognises Reassured’s support of its workforce throughout the pandemic, which included employee forums, virtual teambuilding events and regular communication from the company’s founders. The rankings also celebrate Reassured’s commitment to fostering a down-to-earth, friendly culture with ample development opportunities for employees. Indeed, 89% of staff agreed that they loved working for the company, and more than three-quarters (78%) said the organisation has a strong social conscience, with regular charity events.
