Key Features of the TEI Quarterly Debt Fund
- Guaranteed Return: The Fund will offer an initial distribution rate of 8% per annum through December 31, 2024. Following this, the rate will adjust quarterly, reflecting the 3-Month Treasury rate, plus 1.50%.
- Quarterly Liquidity: Investors can take advantage of the Fund’s quarterly redemption option after a calendar quarter lockup period. Redemptions will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to a maximum of 6.25% of the Fund’s Total Unreturned Capital Contributions per quarter, or 25% annually.
